At Starling Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and pristine items. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your jewelry is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and seal it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
